Studying mathematics is exciting. Algebra II and Pre-Calculus integrate mathematical knowledge learned in previous courses. I look forward to helping my students be successful in their studies.
Safety Net: Re-tests are available to those students who keep their homework average at least an 80%. and made less than a 70% on a test. Re-Tests must be taken within two weeks after it is returned to the students. Homework can always be made up.
Grade Recovery: This is for students who earned a D or an F on their report card and are eligible. Homework must be at least an 80%. This shows effort and intent to succeed on the students' part. Grades must be recovered the quarter after receiving the D or F. Algebra II students can participate in the computer lab after school. The lab operates Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. PreCalculus students can re-do homework to strengthen their skills and see me any morning from 6:30 a.m to 7:05 a.m. for help. At the end of the current quarter a comprehensive exam will be given to determine if the student has learned the concepts.
