Read 180 is a research-based program designed to increase reading comprehension. In this class students will learn how to apply vocabulary, fluency, and fix-up strategies to gain meaning from text. The benefits of diligent study will be both immediate and lifelong, including an increase in content area (textbook) comprehension, an improved FCAT reading score, and the enduring ability to read with understanding.
